Course Description: Dr. Richard Gelb from the Heart Center at Timpanogos Regional Hospital instructs physicians and staff on cardiology practices in 2017.

Intended Audience: This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of general physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).

Educational Objectives:

Identify risks of bledding and renal dsyfunction associated with invasive procedures.

Reveiw evidence-based interventions for preventing such injuries.

Develop a rational strategy for minimizing the risk of such injuries in common practice.2
